Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Property Manager with strong communication skills to join our team. The Property Manager is responsible for the overall operations, financial performance, and tenant relations of assigned properties.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of property management experience (multi-family or commercial preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related field preferred but not required
  • CPM, CAPS, CAM or other relevant industry certifications preferred but not required
  • Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
  • Tech Proficiency: Experience with property management software (i.e. Real Page, Yardi, AppFolio, or similar)
