Job Description
Stream Realty Partners is seeking a Property Manager to provide first-class property management services to third-party clients and owners. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of commercial property management experience with supervisory responsibility and proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 3+ years of Commercial Property Management experience with supervisory responsibility preferred
  • CPM, RPA designation (or in progress) preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; experience interacting with clients, vendors, teammates, and management
  • Experience preparing annual budgets, ownership reports, and CAM reconciliations
  • Previous experience using real estate software (Yardi or MRI, Kardin, AvidXchange, IMPAK, or similar programs)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Teams
  • Analytical
  • Ability to multitask
