Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Property Manager to oversee daily operations, resident experience, leasing activity, compliance requirements, and overall performance of a residential community.

Requirements

  • Previous property management, community management, leasing, or residential housing experience preferred.
  • Experience with Yardi or other property management software preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of property operations, resident relations, lease administration, and occupancy management.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong communication, customer service, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills.
  • Previous experience with project-based section 8 and / or LIHTC program properties is preferred.
  • Valid driver's license preferred.
