Job Description
A Property Manager is responsible for the overall operation and success of the real property asset, including maintaining property occupancy, negotiating and enforcing leases, and securing the premises.

Requirements

  • Experience in LIHTC property management required
  • Associates degree (A.A.) from a vocational school, college or university or job related experience preferred
  • One to two years related experience and/or training preferred
  • Valid State Issued Drivers License
  • Apartment Managers License when required by State Law
  • Real Estate License when required by State Law
  • Certification in property management is a plus; CPM, CAM, CAPS, etc.
  • Authorized to work in the United States
