Role OverviewAs a Property Manager with Yugo, you'll be the heart and soul of our thriving community, driving success through your expertise in student engagement, leasing, resident relations, marketing, budgeting, and more. What You Will Do
Supervise and lead on-site staff, oversee rent collections, manage accounts receivable and payable processes, coordinate leasing and marketing initiatives, monitor market trends, review and analyze financial reports, and perform additional duties as assigned.
Why It Might Be a Fit
You'll need a minimum of three years' supervisory experience, preferably in residential properties, rental operations, or related business operations. Relevant experience running a property, especially at a student/university residential building, is a plus. You'll also need strong interpersonal and communication skills, experience in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, and proficiency in property management software.
