Role Overview

The Property Manager will be responsible for the operations and maintenance of an assigned portfolio of up to 6 retail shopping center properties within the Denver Area. This role will involve fiscal management, physical performance management, tenant relations, and capital construction projects.

What You Will Do

The Property Manager will ensure fiscal management of properties, manage physical performance, maintain tenant relations, manage operations issues, and oversee capital construction projects.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Real Estate or related field, and at least 3 years of operational experience within the real estate industry. The candidate should have intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Office software, qualitative and analytical skills, and ability to quickly learn and use new programs.
