Role OverviewAs the Property Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of a 276-unit multi-family apartment community in South-East Denver, responsible for vendor management, marketing, leasing, rent collection, financial reporting, and resident relations.

Maintain strong relationships with vendors, develop and implement marketing strategies, oversee leasing activities, manage deposit accounting, and lead hiring, training, and supervision of property staff.

Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a property manager of 250+ units
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
