Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a multifamily apartment community in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a passion for customer service, team development, leasing, and financial performance.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day operations, leading and developing the onsite team, driving leasing and occupancy, managing rent collections and delinquency, preparing and monitoring budgets and financial reports, and ensuring compliance with Fair Housing and all applicable regulations.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have previous multifamily property management experience, strong leasing and collections experience, and excellent communication and organizational skills. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred.
