Role OverviewThe Property Manager will oversee and lead the daily operations of an apartment community in West Houston, TX, ensuring the property's peak readiness and appearance, driving occupancy and lease renewals, and delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include physically inspecting common areas, maintaining market information, approving lease paperwork, collecting and recording property income, and hiring and training on-site personnel.
