Role Overview

The Property Manager is responsible for the overall operations and success of the community, achieving property financial and operational objectives as defined by the property owner(s). This salaried exempt position may require more than 40 hours per week, including evening and weekend time. The Property Manager will oversee the property administrative operations, manage staff, and provide customer service.

What You Will Do

The Property Manager will manage and oversee the property administrative operations, including A/P, evictions, collections, billing, data management, and month-end close out procedures. They will also supervise, train, and develop staff, and provide customer service to residents.

The Property Manager will also be responsible for investigating and resolving complaints from residents, approving or denying applicants, and enforcing the terms of all rental agreements and lease contracts.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of previous experience in multi-family property management
