Role OverviewThe Property Manager is responsible for the comprehensive oversight of property operations, ensuring effective revenue collection and expense management, compliance with all operational and contractual obligations, adherence to resident relations policies and procedures, and leadership of employee hiring, training, development, and retention initiatives.
What You Will Do
Key job responsibilities include ensuring the property meets all contractual and operational obligations, developing and administering operating and capital expense budgets, completing funding source applications and re-certifications, maintaining accurate documentation, coordinating revenue collection, managing resident relations, and providing performance feedback to employees.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Minimum of five years within the property management industry
- Minimum of two years of supervisory experience in a management position
- Experience with Public Housing, Project-based Voucher, Tax Credit, and Section 8 is highly preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced customer service and problem-solving skills
- Technically proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, action-oriented environment
- Ability to establish relationships across the organization and at various hierarchical levels
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
