The Property Manager will be responsible for leasing, marketing, tenant screening, rent collections, evictions, and routine maintenance, as well as supervising maintenance staff, communicating with residents, and handling emergency situations.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of multi-site multifamily property management experience, a college education or equivalent work experience, and Section 8 and Yardi experience. They will be highly organized, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills.
