Role OverviewAs Property Manager, you will oversee the overall management and maintenance of the building, including financial aspects, mechanical and electrical infrastructure, and customer relationships. You will work independently within a dynamic and supportive management structure, leveraging your property management, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include overseeing financial aspects, managing budgets, supervising accounts receivable and payable, overseeing customer lease agreements, responding to customer requests, and performing property inspections. You will also supervise team members, set performance goals, and develop, coach, and counsel team members.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or Finance, or comparable experience
- Four to seven years of related experience
- Strong understanding of financial terms and principles
- Ability to analyze and conduct complex financial and business decisions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong organizational skills and detail orientation
- Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service
