Role OverviewAs Property Manager, you will oversee the overall management and maintenance of the property, including financial aspects, mechanical and electrical infrastructure, and customer relationships. You will work independently yet within a dynamic and supportive management structure. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience as a property manager or some experience in property management combined with data center experience.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include overseeing financial aspects, managing customer relationships, performing property inspections, and maintaining a strong relationship with the Asset Manager and Technical Operations Team. You will also be responsible for supervising team members, setting and attaining performance goals, and developing, coaching, and counseling team members.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or Finance
- Four to seven years of related experience
- Strong understanding of financial terms and principles
- Ability to analyze and conduct complex financial and business decisions
- Excellent internal and external customer service skills
