Property Manager

As a Property Manager with Yugo, you'll be the heart and soul of our thriving community, driving success through your expertise in student engagement, leasing, resident relations, marketing, budgeting, and more. What You Will Do

Supervise and lead on-site staff, oversee rent collections, delinquency management, and eviction processes, manage accounts receivable and payable processes, coordinate leasing, marketing, and resident retention initiatives, monitor market trends, and review and analyze financial reports.

You'll need to thrive in this role with a minimum of three years' supervisory experience, preferably in residential properties, rental operations, or related business operations required. Relevant experience running a property, even better at a student/university residential building, and strong interpersonal and communication skills are also essential.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years' supervisory experience, preferably in residential properties, rental operations, or related business operations required.
• Relevant experience running a property, even better at a student/university residential building
• Bachelor's degree in business, a related field, or its equivalent, preferred. In lieu of degree, equivalent experience in residential properties, rental operations, or related business operations is required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to build and maintain quality relationships
• Experience within a fast paced, target driven environment with strong focus on sales and marketing
• Be proficient in working with technology and adaptable to online systems.
• Be proficient in property management software’s such as Entrata, Yardi, Real Page or like systems
• Carbon Literacy Certification or willingness to undertake training?
