Role OverviewThe Property Manager is responsible for general oversight and management of a student housing community. This individual will ensure the property is adequately maintained at a level exceeding company standard and providing profitable returns. A successful Property Manager will provide excellent customer service to our residents, take pride in the property, and understand that this role is critical to the reputation of the property.
What You Will Do
Manage all current and future resident relations, engage in contract and invoice management, assist in budget and marketing development, and lead on-site maintenance and leasing teams.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
