Role OverviewThe Property Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the property, including leasing, budgeting, staff supervision, maintenance coordination, and resident relations. The Property Manager ensures the community operates efficiently, meets financial goals, and provides a positive living experience for all residents.
What You Will Do
Physically inspect common areas daily, maintain market information, develop marketing programs, approve lease paperwork, collect and record property income, hire and train on-site personnel, and approve invoices.

Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of property management required
- Proficiency in OneSite, Bluemoon, Knock software
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) required
- Proven experience in leasing, rent collection, budgeting, and vendor coordination
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management, customer service, and problem-solving skills
