Role OverviewThe Property Manager is a community leader who specializes in different areas such as administrative, sales, maintenance, and resident services to run a smooth operation on-site. They will lead the community's success by managing daily operations, supporting the team, maximizing occupancy levels, and handling resident relations.
What You Will Do
The Property Manager will oversee purchases, process invoices, maintain and reconcile petty cash accounts, ensure rental payment policies are applied, and pursue delinquent accounts. They will also welcome new team members, educate them on processes, coach them to enhance their expertise, and motivate the team to achieve community goals.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 3+ years' experience in an Assistant Property Manager or Property Manager role in Multi-Family
- Knowledge of Landlord/tenant, ADA, and fair housing laws
- ARM, CAM, CPM, or similar designations
- Experience using Yardi CRM
- Experience managing a team including leasing and maintenance
