Role OverviewThe Property Manager will be responsible for managing an 80-unit apartment community, implementing marketing and leasing strategies, and ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping. The role requires strong computer and organization skills, as well as excellent customer service and communication skills.
What You Will Do
The Property Manager will perform tasks such as touring units with prospective tenants, tracking leasing prospects, and preparing lease applications. They will also coordinate resident move-ins and move-outs, and ensure timely completion of work orders.

Requirements
- Experience working with Section 42 programs required
