Role OverviewAs a premier owner and manager of residential properties, PLK Communities specializes in the acquisition, redevelopment, and management of high quality apartment communities. We are in search of an experienced, energetic full-time Property Manager.
What You Will Do
Oversees the operational and financial aspects of our residential apartment community, responsible for managing the leasing and maintenance teams, collections, revenue enhancement, reporting, and compliance with all applicable laws and company policies.
