Role OverviewThe Property Manager will be responsible for the property management aspect of Heading Home's housing and shelter programs, serving both individuals and families. This person will serve as a liaison between landlords, Heading Home's program and facility staff, and the Leasing Manager to ensure the smooth operations and high quality of heading Home's properties and the client experience.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include creating and maintaining relationships with landlords, identifying and securing new leases, processing lease renewals, and ensuring compliance with all property-related aspects of Heading Home's housing and shelter contracts.
