We are interviewing experienced Property Managers who are team leaders and customer-focused to join our amazing company!

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in on-site property management
  • 3 years of experience as a property manager
  • Certified Apartment Manager (CAM), Residential Apartment Manager (RAM) or Certified Property Manager (CPM) certification
  • Working knowledge of property management platforms (i.e., Yardi, Entrata, Yieldstar, CRM)
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written), relationship-building, and customer service skills
  • Lease up or new construction experience with proven results
  • Valid driver's license and automobile insurance (depending on the property)
