Role OverviewThe Property Manager, Multifamily is responsible for maintaining our communities to a market-ready standard, ensuring high-level service, and motivating high-performing teams to maximize property performance.
What You Will Do
The Property Manager will oversee all operations, including maintenance, capital improvements, lease administration, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, collections, evictions, vacancy anticipation, marketing, lease renewals, service contracts, expense control, audits, and track and evaluate advertising and client traffic.

The ideal candidate will have effective communication and customer service skills, computer literacy, general office, bookkeeping, and sales skills, and excellent oral and written communication skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Real Estate License preferred
- 3+ years of Property Management experience
- 3+ years of Management experience
