Job Description
Lutheran Social Services of Illinois is hiring a part-time Property Manager to manage the daily operations of a senior apartment building serving older adults and/or disabled persons. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent with 5 years of management/supervisory experience, or an associate's degree with 1-2 years of management/supervisory experience. The Property Manager will be responsible for maintaining maximum occupancy, providing maintenance and safety, collecting rent, and preparing reports. The salary is $25-$28/Hourly, and the benefits package includes healthcare insurance, paid time off, and a 403(b) plan.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent with 5 years of management/supervisory experience
  • Or an associate's degree with 1-2 years of management/supervisory experience
  • Background check clearance
  • Leasing License or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire
  • Certified Occupancy Specialist Designation (COS) or willingness to obtain within 2 years of hire
