Role OverviewThe Villa Property Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, operation, and stewardship of the Miraval Arizona Residences, ensuring an exceptional luxury experience for Owners and their guests while maintaining the highest standards of service, property care, and operational excellence.
What You Will Do
Serve as the primary relationship manager for Owners, cultivating long-term trust and satisfaction. Develop and maintain proactive owner communication regarding property updates, maintenance projects, and operational initiatives. Coordinate owner arrivals, departures, special requests, and personalized experiences.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Property Management, or a related field
- Minimum 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in luxury hospitality, residential property management, luxury resort operations, or private club management
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing colleagues or multiple operational disciplines
- Experience managing luxury residences, branded residential communities, or high-end resort properties
- Demonstrated experience with budgeting, financial planning, and capital project oversight
- Experience developing strong relationships with high-net-worth homeowners or luxury clientele
- Experience working within the parameters of an HOA contract and guiding owners through process
