Job Description
We are seeking a Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our assigned properties, market and lease apartments, drive cost effectiveness, and ensure compliance with affordable housing regulations. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in affordable housing, a solid understanding of Fair Housing, and strong customer service skills.

Requirements

  • Collect and deposit rent within 24 hours
  • Provide outstanding service to residents
  • Maintain and build applicant waiting list
  • Ensure property stays on budget
  • Conduct initial lease process and annual re-certification
  • Pass INSPIRE and government agency inspections
  • Supervise property staff
  • Organize community activities
  • Be available for after-hours emergencies
