Role OverviewThe Proposal Analyst is a critical team member who interfaces with all levels of management. Receiving cross-division training and working side by side with the Proposals, Contracts, Accounting, Program Management, and Quality teams. The Proposal Analyst will ensure all proposals are compliant and submitted on time.
What You Will Do
Assist with the preparation and delivery of all proposal sections, plans, and submission documents, prepare and organize past performance proposal documentation, and support proposal development, formatting, and final production efforts.

Requirements
- 5-8 years of data analysis and interpretation experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Microsoft Excel
- Must possess strong organizational skills and display exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Positive attitude with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
