Role OverviewAs a Proposal Management Analyst, you will provide comprehensive proposal management support and response coordination for questionnaires by deploying industry and company standard methodologies, tools, and processes. You will be an integral member of the Global Proposal Team and will be responsible for managing the production of high-quality and competitive responses aligned with Dynatrace goals and standards.
What You Will Do
Lead the proposal process and coordinate multiple customer responses (RFPs, RFIs, and security/vendor questionnaires) simultaneously. Collaborate with Sales to understand goals, facilitate Go/No-Go and strategy meetings, and develop proposal plans. Review responses for completeness, accuracy, grammar, punctuation, and professionalism.

At least 3 years of proposal or sales support experience, ideally within a high-tech or SaaS organization. Strong project management, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal oversight.
