Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Proposal Manager to oversee all aspects of federal proposal development for a leading professional services firm near Washington, D.C. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned federal proposal expert with proven success managing complex proposals, leading cross-functional teams, and developing compelling win strategies.
Requirements
8+ years of experience in proposal management, business development, or related fields
Minimum of 3 years managing federal proposals within government contracting
Strong leadership and team coordination skills
Expert proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proven ability to manage multiple complex tasks under tight deadlines
