Role OverviewAs a Proposal Manager at HDR, you will support pursuit teams in creating and implementing effective win strategies, facilitate the development of persuasive proposal and interview materials, and lead quality reviews of proposal and interview materials. You will also engage in market research, market analysis, and support the development and execution of interview preparation strategies.
What You Will Do
Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include supporting pursuit teams, developing and managing proposal schedules, engaging marketing services resources, leading quality reviews, and deconstructing and filing proposal and presentation material upon submittal.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of 5 years relevant industry experience
- Demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire others
- Ability and desire to travel and engage with others in-person
- Demonstrated experience in writing compelling content based on information from technical staff
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including InDesign
