Proposal Manager

As a Proposal Manager at HDR, you will support pursuit teams in creating and implementing effective win strategies, facilitate the development of persuasive proposal and interview materials, and lead quality reviews of proposal and interview materials. You will also engage in market research, market analysis, and support the development and execution of interview preparation strategies. Your work will directly support economic vitality, public safety, sustainable and resilient communities, and quality of life.

What You Will Do

Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include supporting pursuit teams, facilitating proposal and interview material development, leading quality reviews, and deconstructing and filing proposal and presentation material upon submittal. You will also train and mentor employees on business development and marketing best practices, articulate HDR's capabilities and competitive advantages, and collaborate on marketing strategies and client development plans.
