Role OverviewAs a Proposal Manager at HDR, you will support pursuit teams in creating and implementing effective win strategies, facilitate the development of persuasive proposal and interview materials, and lead quality reviews of proposal and interview materials. You will also engage in market research, market analysis, and support the development and execution of interview preparation strategies.
What You Will Do
Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include developing and managing proposal schedules, engaging marketing services resources, leading quality reviews, facilitating debriefs, and training employees on business development and marketing best practices.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Knowledge of Washington's transportation market
- Deep knowledge of the A/E/C industry's standard approach to procurement of professional services
- Demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire others
- Ability and desire to travel and engage with others in-person
- Demonstrated experience in writing compelling content based on information from technical staff
