Role OverviewAs a dedicated resource within the Commercial Building Group, the Proposal Specialist supports Sundt's efforts to win work by creating winning pursuit deliverables. This person will work alongside pursuit leaders and business development personnel to create best-in-class proposals and presentations.
What You Will Do
The Proposal Specialist will actively participate in quality control, maintain standards, manage deliverable design and production, and independently manage data gathering processes. They will also assist in supporting proposal managers and internal stakeholders, and participate in CRM database maintenance.

Requirements
- 1-3 years of marketing/proposal experience in A/E/C industry; 4-7 years for Senior position eligibility
- Additional professional or technical certifications ideal
- Bachelor of marketing, English, communications, journalism, or similar preferred
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite programs required; knowledge of full Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator, and Cosential (or other CRM database) preferred
