Role OverviewKiewit is seeking a proposal specialist to join our Proposals Department, which supports all Energy, Industrial, and Water Business Development teams across the organization. The successful candidate will develop and coordinate proposals, interviews/presentations, and marketing collateral to contribute to winning work. The role will be based out of our Lenexa, KS office, with opportunities for flexible work.
What You Will Do
Develop and coordinate proposals, interviews/presentations, and marketing collateral, lead proposal activities, research and write accurate content, develop win strategies, and collaborate with graphic design teams.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of experience in proposals, marketing, or communications (A/E/C or EPC industry experience preferred)
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365
- Basic experience with Adobe InDesign preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and time management
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels
- Solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
