Job Description
We are looking for a Proposal Writer & Strategic Storyteller to craft compelling narratives that highlight our unique family-owned heritage combined with our professional, enterprise-scale capabilities. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience in the Facility Services industry, successfully written winning bids, and is a technical wordsmith who can make complex business proposals clear and persuasive.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience specifically in the Facility Services industry (Janitorial, Landscaping, or Maintenance)
  • Sector Expertise in writing winning bids for Manufacturing, Education, and Medical/Office environments
  • Exceptional ability to make complex business proposals clear, persuasive, and technically accurate
  • Experience with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint (Google Docs/Slides too!), with knowledge of Salesforce or proposal automation tools a plus
