Job Description
Prospect Airport Services is seeking a City Director to lead the station supporting aviation ground operations in Philadelphia. The City Director will manage customer relationships, foster a culture of safety and top performance, and advance the company's footprint at the location. The City Director will also oversee daily operations, manage staffing, and promote team building initiatives.

Requirements

  • Must have experience in airline ground handling services
  • Must have the ability to identify, evaluate and refine operational and financial results and manage to meet target performance
  • Must be able to lead team members effectively, as well as coach and develop individuals toward meeting corporate and individual goals
