Prospect Control Room Agent - BWI job involves dispatching personnel, managing work orders, maintaining operational communication, documenting system outages, updating databases, and ensuring compliance with company regulations, while providing reliable, high-quality service to airline partners and the traveling public.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Possess a valid Driving License
  • Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements
  • Constantly walk, stand, reach above shoulder, stoop, squat, kneel, reach, and grasp outwards; frequently sit and bend; and occasionally push, pull, lift up to 70lbs, move up to 70lbs, climb and crawl
  • Work in rotating shifts and hours, nights, weekends and holidays, overtime
  • Work in outside weather conditions which may include severe seasonal elements
