Role OverviewThe Protein Processing Showroom Technician will support operations within our state-of-the-art Protein Showroom, setting up and operating protein processing equipment for customer visits, product evaluations, and live demonstrations.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include setting up equipment, supporting equipment testing, monitoring performance, troubleshooting, and performing equipment changeovers, cleaning, and preventive maintenance.

Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience in Meat Science, Food Science or a related field

- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
