Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in theatre management and/or guest service
  • Exceptional guest service, leadership, and motivational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication & organization skills
  • Proficient computer skills and a working knowledge of AV equipment and POS systems
  • The ability to deliver results with minimal supervision
  • A passion for teaching and developing your team
  • The ability to handle high levels of stress
  • Physical stamina
