Job Description
Delta Dental of Washington is seeking a Provider Ambassador to own and grow an assigned region, building strong relationships with Member Dentist and Provider Offices. The role involves managing territory performance, developing strategies, and educating providers on new products and system improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree +/or 4 years related experience; or equivalent combination, preferred.
  • Background in provider network support or in sales and customer service roles, preferably within the dental or health insurance industry.
  • Business acumen with experience in education, negotiation and empathy.
  • Reliable, self-motivated and able to work with little supervision
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); ability to prepare presentations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable speaking in public and giving presentations; able to interpret and explain policies/procedures
  • Outstanding time and project management skills; organized, flexible, adaptable self-starter; proven ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to extract and synthesize data from multiple sources, communicate insights effectively, make informed recommendations and support change initiatives.
  • Models DDWA core values; represents DDWA professionally in territory and industry settings
