Role OverviewThe Provider Compensation Analyst provides compensation consultative services for Erlanger Medical Group employed providers and independent contracted providers of Erlanger Health.
What You Will Do
Conduct benchmarking and data analysis, interpret and analyze compensation arrangements, manage provider contract review process, participate in annual provider compensation and productivity surveys, and partner with teams to solve business and operations issues.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, health care administration, or finance
- Minimum of Five (5) or more years of finance or compensation experience
- Two (2) years of physician or provider compensation experience
- Two (2) years of experience in a hospital or healthcare related environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
