Role OverviewThe Provider Engagement and Sourcing Coordinator will be responsible for managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, including posting and managing physician and APP openings across job boards, research and identifying effective sourcing strategies, and building and maintaining talent pipelines.
What You Will Do
The successful candidate will post and manage all physician and APP openings, research and identify effective sourcing strategies, source passive candidates, and maintain candidate databases and ATS records.
