Job Description
As a Provider Engagement Specialist on the Provider Relations team at the Ohio Department of Medicaid (ODM), your responsibilities will include reviewing and researching provider complaints, assisting with oversight of provider agreement requirements, and participating in provider engagement activities.

Requirements

  • Review and research provider complaints submitted through HealthTrack
  • Assist with oversight of Provider Claim Dispute Resolution (PCDR) requirements
  • Research and respond to managed care provider claim inquiries
  • Participate in provider engagement activities
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
