Provider Operations & Relationships Director

The Provider Operations & Relationships Director is responsible for owning the operational health of AndHealth's active partnerships. This role ensures seamless implementation, tracks outcomes, and coordinates across the team when needed. The Director is introduced through a warm co-introduction with the Strategic Account Director and begins building a relationship with practice operations staff, office managers, etc.

What You Will Do

The Provider Operations & Relationships Director will lead practice onboarding, coordinate with the Patient & Provider Advocate, document practice preferences and contacts, and serve as an internal translator between the practice and AndHealth. They will also monitor patient referral activity, conduct regular performance reporting, and triage and resolve patient-level and process-level issues.
