Role OverviewJoin Gainwell Technologies as a Provider Relations Team Lead to support our healthcare operations in Indianapolis, Indiana. You'll help lead a team of Provider Relations Representatives and Field Consultants while building strong relationships with healthcare providers, state stakeholders, and internal business partners.

Monitor team performance, resolve escalated provider concerns, support provider outreach and education, and ensure services meet contractual and regulatory requirements.

Requirements
- Three (3) or more years of experience in healthcare, provider relations, provider enrollment, customer service, managed care, or a related healthcare environment.
- Experience leading, coaching, mentoring, or providing day-to-day guidance to employees; previous team lead experience is preferred.
- Experience with Medicaid, Medicare, managed care organizations, or government healthcare programs preferred.
- Knowledge of provider operations, customer service, quality assurance, performance management, and regulatory or contractual requirements.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, conflict-resolution, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
