Role OverviewThe Provider Success Consultant is responsible for fostering long-term partnerships with providers and driving enhanced patient outcomes. This role involves a variety of tasks such as strategy development, implementation support, training, and data analysis to ensure the success of our provider partners.
What You Will Do
Conduct comprehensive provider assessments, provide consulting support, assist with implementation, lead collaborative meetings, educate providers on using proprietary tools, and utilize data analytics to monitor and track key performance metrics.
