Job Description
The Provisioning Specialist provides support and prompt resolutions for the Cellcom and Agent Sales teams and other telephone providers with voice, text, and data activations. They assist with database issues and/or outages, support number porting and account maintenance, and use multiple systems to reconcile account information and proper downloading to the switch and/or product specific databases.

Requirements

  • Four-year high school education or equivalent
  • 3 years of experience in computer basics
  • 1+ years of experience in a customer service role or related experience
