Job Description
Heavy Equipment Mechanic position available in Prudhoe Bay, AK. Remote/rotational position with a typical schedule of 84 hours per week. Responsible for maintenance and repair of heavy and light equipment in and out of shops.

Requirements

  • Maintenance and rebuilding of PACCAR equipment
  • Analysis, diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of equipment, tractor-trailers, water, vac, and fuel trucks
  • Dismantling, repairing, and reassembling equipment using hoists, hand tools, and pneumatic and electric tools
  • Testing mechanical products and equipment after repair or assembly to ensure proper performance
  • Work on engines, structural systems, hydraulic and electrical systems, and subassemblies such as transmissions and differentials
