Job Description
This is a remote position, working a rotational schedule in Prudhoe Bay, AK. The job involves overseeing operations across multiple 24-hour shop locations, managing a workforce of approximately 102 employees, and ensuring compliance with company safety and quality standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum of (10) years' experience as a heavy and/or light equipment mechanic.
  • Minimum (3) years’ supervisory experience directing an average crew size of five or more.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Valid driver's license and ability to be insured by company auto insurer.
  • North Slope Training Cooperative (NSTC) certification (company can provide training if needed).
