Role OverviewLabcorp is seeking a PST Specialist to join our team in San Antonio, TX. This role involves performing blood collections and specimen collections for all age groups, providing superior customer service, and handling administrative duties. The work schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.
What You Will Do
Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques, collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, and alcohol tests, perform data entry of patient information, process billing information and collect payments, prepare specimens for testing, maintain patient and specimen logs, and travel to additional sites when needed.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year or more experience as a phlebotomist (preferred)
- 1 year of pediatrics experience (preferred)
- Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service

- Comfortable working under minimal supervision
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record if applicable
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed
- Able to pass a standardized color blindness test
